1960년 개관 이래, 메트로호텔 서울-명동은 서울을 찾는 모든 분들의 "Your home away from home"이 되고자, 고객 한 분 한 분을 향한 진심 어린 환대를 가장 소중한 가치로 지켜왔습니다. 이 마음을 담아, 더욱 쾌적하고 품격 있는 공간을 선보이고자 2026년 6월 16일부터 전면 대수선 공사를 진행합니다.

60여 년의 역사 위에 새로운 감각을 더한 객실, 한층 세련된 부대시설, 그리고 명동의 활기를 품은 특별한 공간이 여러분을 기다리고 있습니다.

공사 기간 중 호텔은 부득이하게 임시 휴업하며, 재오픈은 2027년 2월을 목표로 준비하고 있습니다. 정확한 일정은 확정되는 대로 홈페이지와 공식 SNS를 통해 안내드리겠습니다.

Since opening in 1960, Metro Hotel Seoul - Myeongdong has been your home away from home in the heart of Seoul, upholding heartfelt hospitality as our most cherished value through decades of change. With this commitment in mind, we are excited to announce that a full-scale renovation will begin on June 16, 2026, to create an entirely new experience for our guests.

Imagine beautifully redesigned rooms built on over 60 years of heritage, elevated facilities with a modern sensibility, and a vibrant space that captures the energy of Myeongdong — all waiting for you.

During the renovation period, the hotel will temporarily suspend operations. We are targeting February 2027 for reopening. The exact date will be announced on our website and official social media channels as soon as it is confirmed.
