  • Q. How do I make a reservation? Where can I check the room rates?

    Looking for the best rate? You may get the best guaranteed room rates and complimentary breakfast, if you make a reservation directly on our official website. Click here for reservation.   • Q. What is your cancellation/payment policy?

    The credit card information that was given during booking process is only for the guarantee of reservation.
    Metro hotel will not charge to the credit card, unless you fail to follow our cancellation policy. Cancellation or amendment must be made no later than 3 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival to avoid a cancellation charge of 1 room night. If cancellations is made on 2 days(or less) before check in date or incase of no-show, 100% of cancellation penalty will be applied.

    Please note that payment for the room will be made by credit card when you check in. No cash will be accepted. We accept Visa, Master, AMEX, and JCB.
    As a security deposit, we will keep the credit card details until you have checked out and then must destroy the record. You shouldn't incur any charges, if there is no damages to our property and no details of using phone calls, laundry service etc. (No cash deposits allowed.)

  • Q. Where do I have breakfast and how much is the cost?

    Breakfast buffet will be served at The ClubHouse(9F) from 7AM to 10AM. For more details, please refer to “The ClubHouse”.
    Complimentary breakfast will be offered if you make a reservation directly to us by email, homepage or phone call. If your reservation is made by any 3rd parties such as travel agency, breakfast will be charged as follow; Adult (12+) : 15,400 KRW / Children (7-11) : 7,700 KRW

  • Q. How much is the extra charge for additional occupant(s) or extra bed?

    The standard number of guests in each room type are described in “View All”. Additional occupant is subject to extra charge, as follow; Adult(12+) ₩27,500 / Child(7-11) ₩16,500 / Child(0-6) Free. (per room per night including 10% of tax)

    An extra bed is available in Comfort Twin and Family Twin only with the following extra charge; Adult/Child with an extra bed 44,000 KRW per night per room (Available upon request, subject to availability)

    A baby crib for baby (24months old or younger) is available in every room type with the extra charge, ₩22,000 per night per room. (Available upon request, subject to availability)

  • Q. How can I get to the hotel from the Airports?

    We do not have any airport shuttle service, however it’s easy to get here by bus, train or taxi.

  • Q. At what time can we check-in and out? / Is early check-in or late check-out possible?

    Check-in time is from 3PM, and check-out time is until 12PM.

    - No early check-in allowed since we need to clean up the room and finish inspection before check in time. We will keep your luggage when you arrive early.

    - Our front desk is available from 7AM to 11PM. If your expected arrival time is after 11PM, please inform us in advance. In that case, payment for the room will be made in advance by given credit card, and you may pick up the room key at our security desk(1F).

    - Late check-out is upon request and is subject to room availability with additional fee, 30% of one night room charge until 4PM.

  • Q. What are the room amenities? / What size are the beds?

    - We offer room amenities such as bathroom supplies, hair dryer, refrigerator, coffee pot, cable TV, private air conditioning, safety-deposit box, etc. Cick Here for details of room amenities.

    -There are 3 types of bed; single, double and queen bed. The size of bed : Single bed 1000mm*2000mm, Double bed 1400mm*2000mm, Queen bed 1500mm*2000mm.

  • Q. What is the voltage in Korea?

    - The standard voltage in Korea is 220 volts. The outlet has two round holes and is the same type used in France, Germany, Austria, Greece, Turkey, and many other countries. If you do not have a multi-voltage travel adapter, you may borrow one from our hotel’s front desk.(Deposit required) Transformer for 110 volts can found in the closet.

  • Q. Do guest rooms have an Internet connection?

    - All the rooms, the lobby and the breakfast restaurant are equipped with a Wi-Fi/LAN high-speed connection. You can access the Internet on a complimentary basis.

  • Q. Local tour agency info.(Tour package)

    - We can help you to make reservations for the tour package, such as Seoul city tour, DMZ tour, provincial tour, etc. Tour brochures are available in the lobby.

  • Q. What is the nearest subway station?

  • Q. Is there any Special Offers or Promotions?

    - Complimentary breakfast : As always, complimentary breakfast will be offered to the booking on our official website.

  • Q. Do you have luggage storage?

    Luggage storage is available, and we will keep your luggage before check-in and after check-out. If you would like to leave your luggage besides your staying dates, please inform us in advance to check the availability.

  • Q. Until when is coin laundry room available?

    Our coin laundry room Located on 7th floor, and the room is equipped with drum washer, dryer, coin exchange machine, and detergent/fabric softener vending machine. It is running from 8AM to 10:30PM.

    Washing : ₩3,000 Drying : ₩3,000 Detergent/fabric softener : ₩500

  • Q. Where can I purchase T-money Card?

    The cheapest and easiest way to travel around Seoul is to purchase 'T-money Card'. T-money is a transportation card as well as a device used to pay transportation fares, and, in some cases, transactions at a partner convenience store, vending machine and etc. bearing the T-money logo. It offers ₩100 off the basic cash fare, and still more when transferring from one bus to another, one subway line to another, or from bus to subway or vice versa (within a transfer time limit). Moreover, T-money does away with the hassle of purchasing single journey subway tickets. Please be noticed that you may purchase T-money card with Metro hotel strap at the front desk.

  • Q. Do you have an umbrella I can borrow?

    Yes, we offer umbrellas on loan (for free) on rainy days. It’s available at the front desk(9F) and security desk(1F).

  • Q. Do you have any connecting room?

    We do not have connecting rooms, but we will do our best to assign rooms next to each other or nearby, based on availability upon arrival. Please kindly understand that it’s not guaranteed since room assignments are made on check in date.
