Cancellation/payment policy

  • Non-Stop Check Out
    • For the express check out, payment for the room will be made by credit card when you check in. No cash will be accepted. We accept Visa, AMEX, Master and JCB.
  • Credit card guarantee when booking
    • The credit card information that was given during booking process is only for the guarantee of reservation. Metro hotel will not charge to the credit card, unless you fail to follow our cancellation policy.
  • Metro hotel may refuse Check-Ins when is against our payment policy.
  • Individual Room Bookings (for under 5 rooms, 20 rooms*nights and 14 consecutive nights)
    • If you cancel or shorten your reservation 3 days prior to your arrival date, there will be no charge.

  • Smoke-free policy
    • To protect and enhance our indoor air quality, we operate a Smoke-free Policy throughout all public areas along with all guest rooms except smoking lounge. You will be reminded at the time of booking and upon check-in that smoking is not permitted inside the registration card while check in.
